An unopened category is
one that does not already exist on our pages.
For instance, if you are a Plumber and the category a "Plumbers" is already on
our pages it has already been opened and we can not open it again. you would NOT
qualify for a free listing in this category.
You may however qualify under another category. For instance Plumbers sometime do AC work or you may actually do bathroom remodels. What categories are you listed under in the paper pages?
