The Best type of Ad is with logo or photo because it attract
attention.
Next best is a text ad with background color.
The
background color also attracts attention but not as much.
This information was gathered by a study of eye
movement and eye contact of people using the internet and viewing
various website. It was determined with over 20,000 subjects that
most everyone follows this pattern. The highest number of clicks
were obtained from center of the page listings that had a photo or
logo or those that had a different color background.
After this people looked to the left and clicked banners or sponsor
links. They then viewed more data down the page but clicked banners
on the right side of the page. Next on the list was data and
links further down the page. |
